The Caledonian Sleeper train is a pet friendly overnight gateway between Scotland and London. Cats and dogs are very welcome to travel in your private room, and other types of pets will also be taken into consideration. As the name suggests, the great thing about the Caledonian Sleeper is that it’s an overnight service, therefore you can snooze away the journey with your dog, and arrive at your destination feeling refreshed! Trains travel from London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, Aberdeen and Fort William. We used the service from London Kings Cross to Glasgow Central Station when travelling with Django from Portugal to Scotland. It was a long journey to get to Kings Cross, so we all welcomed the rest once aboard the Sleeper. You can leave a review to let other pet travellers know about your experiences on the Caledonian Sleeper train.
